Alexandra Oppenheimer

Alexandra (Alex) Oppenheimer is working toward her Master's in Clinical Nutrition at NYU and will be starting her Dietetic Internship at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital in January. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with her Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics with a minor in Kinesiology from the University of Rhode Island. Alex loves to cook and bake, as well as change recipes to make them healthier (and more delicious). She is thrilled to share her knowledge and tips when writing for Skinny and the City.
