Short workouts, big results
Written by Tali Goldberg
Laundry? Check. Grocery shopping? Check. Dinner with friends? Check. I don’t know about you, but the first thing that gets cut from my hectic schedule is exercise. Mind you, I’m a member of both a spin studio and a gym, but somehow I often end up not visiting either for weeks! I usually have the best of intentions — it just always takes so much longer than I anticipate to get dressed in my workout clothes, get to the gym, work out, shower, and get dressed again.
One day at work I was complaining about this to Tanya, and was happy to see she had a solution: Sane Fitness Cards — a deck of cards that holds a whole custom-designed conditioning program. Shuffle them up and find the right combo to suit your workout preferences, needs, capabilities, and location. Sane Fitness promises that by doing the full-body exercises (with pictures and descriptions included so people at any level can follow along) and varying the intensity from workout to workout, you’ll see and feel results quickly.
I was skeptical at first, but after trying the cards at home a month ago, I can safely say they don’t lie! I feel great, and I’m relieved that I can stay in tip-top shape without giving up my busy lifestyle. And by the way, for all you expectant moms out there, Sane Fitness has a special line of maternity cards that guarantee workouts that “won’t drive you crazy!”
Sane Fitness products can be purchased on their site, www.sanefit.com.
