My husband is a picky eater.  He used to only eat processed foods out of a box like his mom used to make.  (Hamburger Helper!)  I'm trying to ween him off of those foods by making the same dishes with fresh ingredients.  His favorite is my mac n' cheese.  I've secretly been making it healthier by using cottage cheese and skim milk and just a little of the good full fat cheddar on the top.  I've even gotten him to accept some peas or tomatoes in it as well.  He caught me though, when I tried to substitute whole grain pasta for the regular macaroni.  More bang for the calorie pasta is just what my former box-fed beefcake needs!
