Every morning, you turn on the news and hear about all the depressing economic numbers, and job losses that everyday people like you, our readers, are experiencing.
With all of this bad news, it's natural that many of us will cut back costs in all areas of our budget, and consequently many experts are now concerned that people will start to favor cheaper options of foods that are generally associated with higher calories and saturated fats. Aside from the cost factor, there are the ole' reliable "comfort foods" that we tend to gravitate towards in tough times, which also are generally not the healthiest food options out there.
