And the winner of the Naked Nuggets contest is...

Allie from Tallahassee, FL. We were very impressed with how creative all your entries were! But Allie's innovative thinking won her 3 bags of this healthy chicken nugget product!

There would be two ways I'd chow down on Naked Nuggets. I'm big on the idea of "Mini-Meals" around 3 o'clock--so my top ways to eat NakedNuggets would be:

#1 Big Fat Greek Pita :Naked Nuggets, fat free feta, and caesar salad mix on a pocket pita or Arnold Sandwich thin, with plain yogurt and cucumber to dress it.
#2 Chow-Down Mein: Naked Nuggets, broccoli slaw mix, a bag of Shiritaki noodles, and a spritz of low-fat/low-cal Asian Sesame & Ginger Dressing (Kraft makes an excellent one).
Otherwise, my all time fave would be to dip them in Cuban-style curry-mustard sauce (1/2 tsp low fat mayo, 1 tbsp yellow mustard, 1/8 tsp curry powder whisked together).

And the winner of a variety pack of KIND bars is...

Stephanie, age 47 from Bay Shore, NY. As great as all of your entries were, there is nothing much KINDer than giving a body part. Seriously.

I did something kind for my brother. He was in renal failure and on July 28, 2008 I gave him one of my kidneys. In two weeks it will be a year since the surgery and I am happy to say he and myself are doing great!

Stephanie will receive a variety pack of KIND bars, which is very little compared to the fact that she saved her brother's life!
