SkinnySizeMe: Rachael's Meringue Recipe

Ingredients:

3 egg whites
2/3 cup Splenda
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:
Whip all to stiff peaks. Use a piping bag (or Ziplock bag with the tip cut off) to pipe cute squiggles onto a baking sheet. Bake at 175° F for 90 minutes, then turn off the oven and let them cool for another hour.
