Make your own super bowl (of dip)!

Spinach Artichoke Super Bowl Dip
Total Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2/3 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 2 tablespoons sliced onions
- 1 cup chopped spinach, cooked and drained
- 1/2 cup part-skim mozzarella
Cooking instructions:
- In a microwave safe bowl, stir together Parmesan cheese, yogurts, mayonnaise, and garlic.
- Add artichokes, spinach, and mozzarella. Stir until blended.
- Heat in microwave on high for about 3 minutes or until fully heated, stirring halfway through.
- Stir before serving and sprinkle onions on top.

Per serving (1/4 cup): 110 calories, 5 g fat, 6 g carbohydrate, 1.2 g fiber, 9 g protein, 240 mg calcium (20% daily need)
