Tanya attends the Same Sky Bracelets launch party
On Thursday, November 19th, our Tanya Zuckerbrot attended an event at the Ana Tzarev Gallery in New York City to celebrate the launch of Same Sky Bracelets. Same Sky bracelets were featured as a Skinny and the City Obsession, and are considered the “adult friendship bracelet." Same Sky offers female survivors of the Rwandan Genocide of 1994 an opportunity to put their skills to work and gain the encouragement, pride, and financial resources they need to rebuild their lives. Each woman personally signs the bracelets she makes and the organizations’ website follows the artists’ lives through photos and individual stories.
