Coming from a clinical background, I’ve had a blast immersing myself in this social media world. I’m always on Facebook and Twitter, sharing my opinion whenever I can. But watching YouTube videos is still the most welcome break to my day. From catchy commercial jingles to spontaneous tapings (like David After Dentist), I can’t get enough. So I thought I’d mix one of my guilty pleasures with my work and give you some of my favorite food- and diet-related videos right now. All of these come from overseas, which goes to show you it’s not only Americans who are obsessed with their health!

A few weeks ago, I wrote about how lucrative the bottled water industry is — even though tap water can be just as good for you. You’ve probably seen Evian’s roller babies (unless you’re my 95-year-old grandma who doesn’t even own a microwave). If you haven’t, you’ll get a kick out of it. Go roller babies, go!

Speaking of chocolate, I usually feel like the woman in this video when I’ve gone overboard on the stuff. Funny commercial, but sorry, Asian chicken of the sea, you will not satisfy the same craving!
